Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, certain items are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Downloadable products (eBooks, guides, templates, presets, etc.)
- Completed or delivered video and photo editing services
- Gift cards
- Any item or service marked as final sale
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances such as:
- You were charged but did not receive your product/service
- A technical error on our end prevented successful delivery
- The service was not provided as described AND no work has been delivered yet
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
We may grant partial refunds in the following cases:
- Editing service was only partially completed and no final file was sent
- eBook was purchased twice in error
- You contacted us within 24 hours of purchase before any work or download occurred
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or payment account
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is posted
- Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund appears

Exchanges (for services only)
We only offer service revisions if the delivered product is defective or doesn’t match the original brief. To request a revision or exchange, contact us at [[email protected]].
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase, you may be eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
Shipping Returns (if applicable)
For physical products (if ever applicable in the future), return instructions and addresses will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Currently, all our products are digital and are delivered via email or download.
